The Rolex term for these watches is Rolesor and this example is in superb condition – it’s stunning! The case looks to be hardly worn and the black dial and bezel insert are flawless. The caseback even has the original sticker intact. The 18kt yellow gold bezel is crisp with defined knurling and the 18kt yellow gold 7mm winding crown looks unused. This is something of a time capsule. The solid link Oyster bracelet, ref 93253, is in fantastic tight condition and has a clasp stamped ‘AB 3’ and solid endlinks. This two-tone Sub Date is accompanied by punched papers, showing the watch was sold in Greece in 2000, document wallet, translation papers and hangtag. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
