Found for you guys is a reference 1680 , classic Submariner date with a so called “mk1 “ white dial - were the L or rolex is neatly lined up under the Coronet , and the the text is in white ( were earlier versions have a red line of text ).

 

The case of this one is in fine condition with a very gentle faded bezel insert. The dial has soft yellow patina, matching fine with the patina on the hand set. The watch is equipped with a Rolex Oyster ref 93150, with endlinks 501b and a clasp stamped ‘I4’.

 

The watch comes with its original Rolex inner box, booklet, paper holder and the punched guarantee paper, stating a sale in 1978 in Germany.
