Rolex Daytona 16523 Four-Line Champagne Dial
With the Rolex Daytona, it's all about the details. The Zenith Daytona was one of the last production Rolex sports watches to utilise different dial types over its 12-year run. This watch houses a rare Mk2 dial, with four-lines in the upper half instead of five, that only appeared in 1989 examples.
This is a beautiful condition Daytona in steel and gold remains in truly beautiful condition with a strong case, which if we said such things could claim to be unpolished! The four-line champagne dial is flawless and has tritium hour markers and inverted 6 in the hour sub dial.
The crisp bezel is also super strong.
The original solid link Oyster bracelet, ref 78363, is in good condition with a clasp stamped ‘I 2’ and reference 403 endlinks. The Zenith-based Calibre 4030 movement that has been fully checked and regulated by our watchmaker.
