This is a great looking and unusual vintage diver’s watch by Mitchell. We understand that these were made for the fishing reel company Mitchell, in the 1960s. The steel case measures 37mm and is in strong all-round condition.
The dial has turned a warm brown colour and has large tritium triangular hour markers with 12, 3, 6 and 9 printed in relief in the plots. The hands are gladiator-style, with the seconds hand having more than a passing resemblance to a Rolex MilSub seconds hand and they have been relumed at some point in the past. This cool and unusual diver has been fully checked and regulated by our watch maker and comes on an original Tropic strap with inox buckle.
